UT-WAYS started by providing air, sea and land delivery services to and from Singapore to cities in the region, like Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Korea, Malaysia, and other major cities around the world. Realising the need for continuous growth, additional overseas partners that have a strong interest in developing freight and transportation between their countries and Singapore were carefully selected. Technical and administrative expertise were also developed with these overseas partners and network of partners was further extended to USA, Europe, Canada, Australia, China and India.

In 2004, UT-WAYS recognized the value of an integrated logistics solution and introduced Cargo Insurance to its existing services. This new service along with storage, packing and re-packing services has propelled UT-WAYS to a true one-stop logistics service provider in the industry. Additional value-added services of checking and repacking of airfreight shipments into UT-WAYS' warehouse were also introduced to ensure minimum damage and pilferage of our clients' goods.

In year 2005, UT-WAYS initiated the Household Relocation Services after observing an increase in demand for overseas relocation of household and factories.

Subsequently, UT-WAYS also offers special rates and handling for overseas graduates, tourists that have excess and unaccompanied baggage exceeding their normal 20 kg weight during air travel. UT-WAYS has linked-up with Hotels to offers extra services for tourists that come to Singapore on shopping expeditions. This arrangement is more economical and convenient as compared to using the allowable air-passenger weight limit for goods below 100kg.
