Founded on the same month and a day after Singapore's National Day, UT-WAYS seeks to embody the same vibrant spirit as those of the city state by providing service-oriented, efficient, and reliable but yet competitively-priced logistics solutions for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) by land, sea and air from Singapore to the rest of the world.

The UT-WAYS international network grew through the years. It first expanded to United States, Europe, Australia, Middle East, China and India. By 2005, it achieved an almost worldwide presence with its long-term overseas partners. UT-WAYS's partners offer competitive pricing and are reputable companies possessing sound knowledge of the legal and cultural aspects of doing business in their home countries.

Currently, UT-WAYS operates its own warehouse facilities located within the Changi Airfreight centre free trade zone. UT-WAYS also possesses its own fleet of delivery trucks, and a team of experienced and trained staff with the technical and administrative expertise to meet the complete logistics needs of its customers.

All goods arriving in Singapore consigned to UT-WAYS will be cleared within 24 hours from the airlines ground handling agents warehouse to avoid our clients incurring high storage charges. UT-WAYS will handle break bulk in its own warehouse. Thus, clients that appoint UT-WAYS as their in-house clearing agent will be guaranteed prompt delivery within 48 hours of flight arrival.

UT-WAYS strives to strengthen its global network and service standards by active involvement in memberships to the International Air Transport Association (IATA), Singapore Air Cargo Agents Association (SAAA) and the United Affiliated Cargo Organisation (UACO) Group. It has also obtained permit as a Licensed Custom Brokerage and has strong financial resources that ensures prompt payment to all its partners and suppliers.
